To comply with data privacy policies, you can configure automatic deletion periods for different types of historical data stored in the calendar.

Data Retention Periods

What it does:

You can set how many months the system should retain shift schedules, publisher reservations, and internal messages before they are permanently deleted from the database. The retention period can be configured between 1 and 36 months for each data category.


Where it appears / Effect:

Accessible via the calendar settings under the 'Data Retention' section (tab 13).
