Publishers can then easily sign up for their desired shifts using their smartphone or PC. This makes managing the cart and literature stand ministry clear and efficient.
Yes, PW-TOOLS is designed as a modern web app (Progressive Web App) that works perfectly on iOS and Android. You can save the app directly to your smartphone's home screen, allowing you to easily book and manage your cart shifts on the go.

Yes, security is a priority. We secure connections using modern TLS encryption, support passwordless login via Passkeys (WebAuthn), and allow two-factor authentication (2FA). We also provide active session tracking so you can monitor and revoke access from specific devices at any time.
Your data is stored securely and processed in compliance with data privacy regulations. We use your data only to run the calendar (e.g., managing shifts or the flexible calendar) and never share it with third parties. You can configure data retention settings to automatically clean up old activity logs and schedules.
Yes, PW-TOOLS is developed and maintained by brothers who are active Jehovah's Witnesses. It is a private project designed to support local congregations with their public witnessing and general scheduling needs. It is not an official tool of the branch offices or the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Operating PW-TOOLS for many congregations incurs recurring server, database, domain, and email delivery costs. Subscriptions and contributions from congregations that can afford them help keep the service running and ensure that we can keep offering it for free to congregations with limited funds.
No, payment is entirely voluntary. If your congregation is small or has very limited funds, you are welcome to use the calendar completely free of charge. If you find the tool useful and are able to contribute, we appreciate your support through one of our subscription options.
