Its primary purpose is to facilitate shift scheduling, manage reservations for physical items (such as literature carts and stands), coordinate publisher roles, and streamline communication within a congregation.

The Shifts System booking variant is designed for scenarios where the schedule is predetermined by coordinators. Within this setup, you can define specific time slots (shifts) in advance, while allowing the number of publishers who can sign up for each shift to be flexible and variable. This is ideal for campaigns or regular witnessing schedules with set hours and locations.

The Flexible Calendar booking variant is designed for setups where publishers require the freedom to book a location or item for a flexible duration. In this mode, the number of participants for any single booking is limited to a maximum of 4. Publishers can signal whether they are looking for partners for their slot, and coordinators can require them to answer custom questions if needed. Each time slot allows selection of one or more bookable items, which typically represent specific routes, locations, or items like carts.

You can set up some locations or campaigns with predefined shifts, while managing other locations or items via the flexible calendar system, allowing for a highly tailored congregation arrangement.
