# Izrada novog kalendara

Users can work with multiple calendars. Each calendar can have its very own settings. This can be used to separate ministry Forms or give publishers the ability to work in a calendar of the own congregation and a calendar for i.e. Truck or harbor Service.

## Bez posjedovanja računa

Everybody can create a calendar for free. With that a calendar, the first User Account with coordinator rights and - if wished - some example data is added.

## Uz postojeći račun

A calendar coordinator can just create a new calendar on the admin area. The current User is added as coordinator to the new calendar. From then on the User can switch between the calendars.

## Vođeni radni tijek integracije

Prilikom izrade novog kalendara, sustav vodi koordinatora kroz čarobnjak za postavljanje u više koraka kako bi konfigurirao kongregaciju i početne postavke.

### Korak 1: Pojedinosti o zajednici

Unesite službeni naziv kongregacije i JW Hub broj kongregacije kako biste uspostavili jedinstveni identitet u sustavu.

### Korak 2: Administratorske vjerodajnice

Konfigurirajte primarni administratorski račun, adresu e-pošte i postavke sigurne lozinke.

### Korak 3: Postavite početne podatke

Opcionalno uvezite ogledne predloške, standardne smjene i početne lokacije kako biste odmah započeli rezervirati.
