Coordinators and users with statistics access can analyze publisher participation using interactive charts, summary tables, and inactivity exports.

## Participation Charts

### Participation Charts

**What it does:**

Visualizes publisher participation and booking frequency over time. The interactive graph shows the count and distribution of shift assignments.

  
**Where it appears / Effect:**

Available under Statistics > Charts. You can filter the data by calendar, specific campaigns, and select the time window in months.

## Participation Summary Table

### Participation Summary Table

**What it does:**

Displays a tabular summary listing each publisher and their total number of bookings within the selected campaigns and months.

  
**Where it appears / Effect:**

Available under Statistics > Table. Useful for getting a quick, sortable count of total assignments.

## Inactivity & Excel Exports

### Inactivity & Excel Exports

**What it does:**

Allows exporting list of publishers who have not booked any slots since a given number of months. You can download the report directly as an Excel file (.xlsx) with contact details (email, phone, mobile) for easy follow-up.

Available under Statistics > Export. Set the inactivity duration in months and click 'Download Excel'.
